Kreuzerco-starredwithDennisHopperandBrunoGanzinWimWenders'sfilmTheAmericanFriend(1977),aWestGerman-Frenchco-production.DuringtheyearsthatsheandWendersweremarried(1974to1978),shealsoappearedinhisRoadMovietrilogy:AliceintheCities(1974),TheWrongMove(1975)andKingsoftheRoad(1976).[1]SheisalsoinChristopherPetit'sWenders-influencedRadioOn(1979),whichwasshotintheUKandispredominantlyinEnglish.Morerecently,sheisalsoknownforherroleasClaudiaTiedemanninDark,thefirstGerman-languageNetflixoriginalseries.

KreuzerappearedintheGermanTVseriesDerrickfrom1977to1990onnearlyadozenoccasions.
